Onboarding course
This course takes you from your first sign-in to an Environment to your first task that an agent saves and you review. It is written for people who are new in an Organization and work in a Work Environment. Each lesson ends with one practical task and tells you how to know that it is done.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”You need:
- An Environment assigned to you and its address. Your Organization assigns it; if you do not have the address, ask its Admin.
- Tailscale on an approved device, if your Organization’s Environments are reachable only in its tailnet. The tailnet is the default; see Reach an Environment through Tailscale.
- A ChatGPT or Claude account, unless your Organization provides AI for its Environments.
- A GitHub account with access to your Organization’s repositories.
The lessons
Section titled “The lessons”- Sign in to your Environment: what an Environment is and which kind you work in.
- Finish Getting started: connect AI and GitHub and download your Organization.
- Find your way around: Chat, Apps, Automate and Settings.
- Who works with you: you, agents, colleagues, Henry and Buddy.
- Where things belong: Knowledgebase, Mission Control, an issue or Files.
- Connected apps: what agents may do with your mail or calendar.
- Your first task: brief an agent and have the result saved as a draft.
- Review and Publication: check the result and decide who publishes it.
- When something does not work: where to turn and what never to send.
You do lessons 1 and 2 once per Environment. Lessons 5 to 8 are one piece of work: you choose it in lesson 5, have it saved in lesson 7 and review it in lesson 8. Use real but non-sensitive work.
What this course describes
Section titled “What this course describes”The course describes Lazurio Platform as its public source stood on 1 November 2026. A newer release may show other labels. If your Organization still works with the Lazurio Root on your own computer (GEN3), some screens and steps differ.
The prompts are examples: copy them into Chat and adapt them to your work. A prompt grants no access. Agents can use only what is signed in to your Environment.
After the course
Section titled “After the course”- Save a recurring procedure and use it again: exercises 2 and 3 of First steps with an agent.
- Let an agent work on a website: Tips for working.
- Connect your mail or calendar: Connect your tools.
- Look up a term: Glossary.
